These documents are meant to be used for informational purposes and as general guides. They are in no means perfect or set in stone, but will provide a great starting point and insight for your active or future construction project(s).
This document provides a general guide to help determine when an Handyman or Contractor is needed/required for a project.
This document checklist will help the client/contractor review items that should be a part of the agreement between parties. Some items may not be required and some items may need to be added and clarified between parties. Checklist should be reviewed and completed prior to signing an agreement.
